o.k,i hate to say this but your gains look incredible! your muscle look bigger by far.Have they gotten bigger or is it your leaness that has made the difference in your appearance?

no secret Easto.....

I eat clean.....lots of protein...I also load up on the carbs in the morrning.....one of my favorite places to eat is China Buffet...I pig out there 2-3x a week....rice, fish and chicken.....

What are your stats again?

not sure about bf% 9-11%

I will try to add 5-10 more lbs in next 3 months.....

Do you think the GH had a lot to do with you staying so lean?

legs are small since I had a injury this year and couldn't train them hard......here they are......

me and jyzza are going to be on stage together sometime :D:)
 
your gains from the last round of pics to this set are a definate improvement on a impressive frame you already have. keep up hiting it hard in the gym and you'll be on the stage.

nothing much bro....this is how I do it......

Flat barbell bench....

1st - 135lbs 14X warmup
2st - 185lbs 10X warmup

1st - 225lbs 10X
2nd - 275lbs 8X
3rd - 315lbs 8X
4th - 225lbs as many as I can
5th - 135lbs as many as I can

4th and 5th are done like a drop set...one right after another

then Incline....

1st - 185 warmup

1st - 225lbs 8X
2nd - 245lbs 8X
3rd - 225lbs as many as I can
4th - 135lbs as many as I can

3rd and 4th are done like a drop set...one right after another

then I do machine flyes.....3-4 sets....heavy....as much weight as it has for 8-12X depending how I feel that week....

Lately I started to add a bit weight to flat bench like this....

1st - 225lbs 10X
2nd - 295lbs 8X <------ 20lbs more
3rd - 335lbs 6-7X <----- 20lbs more
4th - 225lbs as many as I can
5th - 135lbs as many as I can

sometimes I'll burn myself out afterbarbell incline set w/ dumbell incline.....

I switch between dumbells and barbells....but for last 3-4 months I have been stuck on barbells.....lol


sometimes insted of doing barbell incline I'll do machine incline.......

It's difficult since most of the time I work out by myself.........
 
See that is pretty much what I do, but still I have received criticism that my chest is lagging behind. I'm sure genetics play a large part in this.
