knee replacement

Okay age has caught up with me, scheduled a knee replacement for Feb. Anyone that has had a similar operation have any suggestions on what to take to speed up recovery?

I ran some BPC-157 and low dose GH after my foot surgery. It healed over a month sooner when I had the same surgery on the other foot 2yrs prior.

I know several people who got knee replacements, I'm not sure what they took in way of recovery but each person said that they wished that they had gotten it done years before. I suspect that hgh would help.

Thanks all, Imma try some HGH, used it years ago but the source was suspect and didn't see any advantage . better sources here.
