Kohlrabi nutrition question

Does anyone have any info on Kohlrabi's? They are like turnips or cabbage. My wife loves em and we want to know the GI index and how good they are for you as compared to other cruciferous veggies liek broccoli.

I believe they are real low GI, but cannot promise it, did you google it
