Can we get them in capsule? i mean not that are one in no-xplode, no shotgun, nitrix and etc. Is it available in the pharmacy?

You can purchase L-Arginine in capsule form. If you have any existing heart or psychiatric conditions you should speak to your physician. Take a small amount for one week, and increase the dosage until the you receive the best benefit with the least side effects. I think the average capsule comes in a 500mg and 750mg dose. your best bet though is to get it through food, it is quit plentiful in nuts, seeds and animal products.

Wal Mart.....do they have one where u live?....they serve Rice?:)...LOL......Z

Why do you caution l-arginine, the extra NO2 is good for the heart.
Although mega doses of l-arginine will lower the immone response to viral infections, especially herpes type virus.

A clinical trial found that patients taking an L-arginine supplement following a heart attack didn't improve in their vascular tone or their hearts' ability to pump. In fact, more patients who were taking L-arginine died than those taking a placebo and the study was stopped early with the recommendation the supplement not be used by heart attack patients
