Ha ha...it tastes like roasted grass with a touch of almond. Not too bad. I'm enduring it. Just very mad at self...but that is another thread!

i've been taking chromium picc. off and on for years. i dont think i ever notice anything with it though. maybe i will stop it for a while but i have cravings for sugar like hell always

hmmm... hopefully i don't get the craving for sugar... that would be bad for me... :(
 
you have to take chromium consistently for it to really be effective. 1000MCG divided into two doses is what is recommended for Type 2 diabetics. If you aren't you could still take that much or just 500mcg, usuallly in the mornings.

The bottle said to take one daily and i already took in the morning.

okay.. i will do that... I just noticed that i'm burping alot... like i need to drink alot of water... i think it's because of the supplement that i'm taking... i don't feel sick or nauseous just burping.
 
That can happen for a variety of reasons, jsut drink some more water, and don't stress about it.

I didn't try the unassisted... but i did had a struggle with the assisted.... like my arms didn't know what was going on..

What's different besides the amount of weight? What do you mean "didn't know what to do"? Were they shaking?

I said "didn't know what was going on"... :p .. My biceps was hurting me... It just felt different.

It takes a while with the natural stuff. Fish Oil is an essential supplement that you should take everyday. I have been taking the chrominum since the summertime and I have noticed that have more energy throughout the day and I don't crave sweets at all. I really can't say how long it took to see results. Natural supps you may have to take for at least a month before seeing anything. It will be suttle changes, nothing drastic.

Thanks Yettamae for the info... I'm not craving any sweets for the longest... i know it's not from the natural supps because i started taking them this week... last night was the only time that i wanted chocolate.. the good .. gooie chocolatey cake... "sigh".. Today, i'm not craving for anything..

Today i did shoulders. It was challenging but i through it... i'm going to post in a few minutes.
