My right bicep is more defined then my left.

But heres the part that bugging me to hell.. The right Bicep is hard as hell, and feel like only a paper thin layer of skin is on it when its flexed hard.

The left feels like much more fat is on it and its almost squishy when flext really hard..

I've been begining and ending each bicep exercise with the left arm but nothing seems to be doing the trick

Help :(

do you add a couple extra reps in for the lagging arm? if it's really bad i would add in another exercise just for that arm for a little while to balance things out.

Yes add an extra set or two for the lagging arm and stick to doing more individual arm excercises. Such as more dumbell work instead of bar work. Some good excercises would be dumbell curls, seated dumbell curls, concertration curls, and crucifix curls.

I think everyone has had that problem. Just work through it. I dont believe your arms will ever be in perfect proportion, but by adding more mass to both arms they should even out.
I never tried adding more reps or sets for my left arm, i just kept doing what i was doing, and it pretty much evened out.

i agree with all of the above - just throw in a few more sets - maybe be a little bit more stict - i had the same problem, and i just dropped the wieght i was using, worked more on form, and it came right with better form and a few extra sets and reps worked in - but im not sure - everybody responds differently to different techniques, so your call
