Off to the gym to bust it - as always, no air-con, no electric fans, overhead fans, nothing. Check out the RealFeel (heat index) in the pic. :eek: If I don't make it back, good knowing all of you! :D

Real feel 121, 131? You guys must have worse humidity there than we do here in Florida. I feel you on the leg day thing. Even without the heat or humidity I wonder if I'll live through the session. Probably why I only hit them every other week now. But mine is more for maintenance, not growth. I can barely fit into my pants as it is.

Buf, Philippines makes FLA feel like OH.lol Tropical here - the saying goes there is 2 seasons - hot and hotter. Hottest months is March to June - like a damn sauna always no shit. No central air in most place over here like back in the US. I got a window air-con unit in the bedroom. Walk out of the bedroom and the heat smacks you in the face. It's 1:10AM right now, and I am sweating as I type this since the computer is in the living room, where we only have electric fans. But hey, no worries hehe - this was my decision to come here. Beats working haha! :D

Tampa gets pretty bad in the dead of summer. I remember going to work dry and being sop soaking wet by lunch time.


Where in FL are you Buf? I was in Lake City up north, just west of JAX. I've also lived in Clearwater, worked in Tampa. I'm out west now but trying to get back.
 
Ah ok, that's cool. I like Gainesville, was looking to buy a house there before I left. Never been to Ocala though...
