Leg workout for only the dedicated

I did this over 15years ago cause like most guys, my upper body dominated my lower body. I can't take all the credit for coming up with this cause the great Tom Platz influenced me when I attended a seminar at Golds gym in Venice that he and a few other Pro's gave. After doing this for 6months my legs were starting to dominate my upper body and since I haven't had problems keeping mass on my legs.
Here it is and use as heavy a weight you possibly can for each set, really push yourself, you may even puke.

Wednesday
Leg Press 4sets 12-10-8-6
Hack Squats 4 set 10-8-6-6
Leg extensions 3 sets 10-10-10
Lying leg curls 4 sets 12-10-10-8
standing leg curls 3 sets 10-10-8
Standing calve raises 4 sets 15-12-10-8

Saturday
Squats 10 sets of 10 yes thats right 10 sets of 10 use a weight you can do them properly with good form and each and every rep and set and have a puke bucket handy..
Seated calve raises 4 sets 12-10-10-8

Thats it, try it if you dare but I promise your legs will grow....:D
 
Nice workout and Platz legs I feel are still unmatched to this day.
 
I'll give that a try when I change things up at the end of novmeber.
