Leg Workout

I hate doin legs!!!!!!

Squats,hacks,quad extensions are the tops.

I usually use varing width on my feet to work either the inner or outer leg.
 
Yesterday I did this and my legs are really feeling it:

Leg Press 4 sets
Hack Squats 3 sets
Leg Curl 3 sets

I would rather have done Squats, but I have a shoulder injury that prevents me from holding the bar.
 
i pyramid sets increasing poundege and decreasing reps each set. i do 4 sets every exercise and reps go 12,10,8,6. i shoot for failure.

i kinda like doing legs. this is what i did on friday.

thighs and hamstrings
-single leg presses
-leg presses
-squat type machine
-leg curls
-kneeling leg curl
-version of hamstring raise (started standing up)

calves
-standing calf raise
-single leg calf raise
-sled calf raise

my legs are killed for a few days after this. i work legs (and all other body parts) once a week.

Legs are my favorites. My last leg day:

4 sets for every exercise
Set 1: 50 reps
Set 2: 40 reps
Set 3: 30 reps
Set 4: 20 reps
Increase weight every set
Leg Curls, Stiff Legged Dead Lift, Leg Extentions, Squats, Leg Press.
 
Leg day is my favorite. I pyramid 5 sets to failure on each of these movements.

Squats, SL deads, standing calf raises (these are my base each leg day)
The rest is variable and changes each week. Hacks, leg extensions, leg curls, seated calf raises, leg press. Depends on what I'm in the mood for but I always have 6 different movements.

I just squat 2 times a week 5 sets of 10 each workout and my legs are big like mountains. This is what i do, belive it or not. :shoot:

Holy crap! That's alot of volume. I'm curious. How much weight are you lifting on each of these sets?

I only do this work-out every other week and the first set is super light. Let's see:

Leg Curls: Start with 30 lbs up to 60 lbs (everyones Leg Curl machine is different though so that doesn't mean much)

SLDL: Start with 105 lbs, end with 135 lbs

Squat: Start with 85 lbs, end with 105 lbs (I'm a wimp when it comes to squats)

Leg Extention: Start with 70lb end with 100lb
(again this doesn't mean much)

Leg Press: (if I'm not already exhausted)
Start with 2 plates and a quarter on each side, end with 4 plates on each side
