I took a look around the PHF site. Appears my old buddy LakeMountD (great guy) is co-owner and there is a Q & A forum lead by Patrick Arnold. I consider him to be the most knowledgeable expert alive on steroids and pro-hormones. This would seem to be the top spot for ph right now.

dpsnutrition.com had the best prices I ever found. Haven't used them in a long time though - simply bcoz I haven't bought any supps in ages. Perhaps competitors these days can rival their low prices...I dunno.
