The failed bodypart in most peoples routines. Lots of biceps and chest out there, but give me a set of trunks I can be proud of.
Yesterday:
forty-five degree hammer strength leg press
3x8, 5x6 Increased weight each set
Finished the last sets (3x6) with 540
Hammer strength leg press
8x6 (last three sets of 6 with 440)
Straight leg deadlifts
5x6 95lbs Not much weight, but going strict on these and working back up in weight
Leg curls
6x8 90lbs
Leg extentions
6x8 120 (strict)
That was it. it was 10:40 PM, I had a very busy day, and I was ready to hit the showers so I did.
I was surprised I got 540 for 3x6 on the 45 degree leg press. I only wanted to try for 400 this week. Guess that old muscle is rarin' to get back fit.
