I have a terrible time eating at noon, breakfast is fine and so is morning break - but if it is hot or I am working in a hot place I lose all appetite at noon

well last week Lifts told me how he mixes his protien in with instant pudding and gets instant protein snacks!!

So I tried it - with whole milk and regular pudding since I am not dieting (Lifts uses skim milk and low fat pudding)

It tastes great and really fills you up!

I was impressed!!!!
 
I've done that before as an evening dessert. And I would agree it is delicious!
 
Sounds like a plan, I'll make some and not tell hubby, see what he thinks.
 
good way to get 30 grams of protein - I use 60 overall and make two portions
 
I use fat free suger free jello instant pudding, I get approx 65gms out of a pack.
 
I had banana today with Banana cream Muscle Milk - boy is that good!!!!!
 
I just buy protien powder that doesnt desolve well -like thats HARD, lol, and mix it up really thick in a bowl. Then take a cookie sheet and spread the stuff on it in "bars" and freeze. Then when I want something to snack on, grab one and go. I take it in the car, on the way to the gym, at night for a dessert, etc. Just be sure to put the one your eating in a plastic bag or something cause otherwise it gets all over your hands as it softens ;)
 
how much sodium is in it? i used to use sugar free pudding all the time until i figured out the odium content.

I do the same thing, but with the sugar free Jello instant pudding (since I always have to watch my weight so I stay in my class). :D I usually buy the unflavored whey for that because I looooooove the white chocolate pudding!
