liftsiron's no bake 100% fat free cheesecake.
Take 8ozs ff cream cheese 24ozs ff cottege cheese 1pkg sf lemon jello
blend cottege cheese cheese and cream cheese in blender it will be chuncky, heat to boiling 3/4 c. water, disolve jello into hot water, add hot jello to blender, blend until smooth, pour into lowfat grahmn cracker pie crust, stick in the fridge until cold. Works every time.
