lipo comes in pills can someone find me a powder?

i want to lose weight and want an extera way to help from diet and exerciase? just a little help
lipo comes in a pill can some one tell me the safe powder i can take?
send link and i have trouble taking pills
i might choke on them. i lipo safe???

CLA come in liquid form. You can drink it and imo it is better than lipo, especially since they took out the ephedra. Best is to eat 5-6 smaller meals and do plenty of cardio. Sweat and burn. Oh, drink plenty of water.
 
Eat clean, get your protein in, do your cardio, weight lift, recover, and repeat Its that simple. The hardest part is being ready. Until your ready to make the commitment to yourself, you'll be spinnin your wheels on quick sand.

So is that where you can get the cla powder, at the end of shit?

All this time I have been going to GNC to find cla and it was in my toilet twice a day (three when I eat chili) for free.
 
the liquid is prob easier to assimilate, but if you get the powder and mix, its about the same. Diet is the most important tho. If you can't do high impact cardio, do like the eliptical or the stair climber. You can work the total body with both and not effect your joints nearly as much. Of course weight training is a given. Drink plenty of water too. It help not only to detoxify, but to flush out your system so you are regular.
