Liquid egg whites

I'm thinking about buying a couple gallons of this stuff. Do you have to cook them or could I just add it to my pwo shake? Also are these made up of the same proteins as regular eggs or is there no difference?
 
They are the exact same as regular eggs without yolks, shells & salmonella.
The ones I bought had to be kept frozen unless I was going to use them within 3-4 days of defrosting - just treat as you would milk when they are defrosted.
 
Best to cook for optimum protien utilization, unless I guess if their pasteurized it doesn't matter.
