are they really worth it???? they are really expensive 1/2 cup is 13g protein and theres 30 servings per gallon and its like 75 bucks for 2 gallons...i heard a couple of u say they noticed a huge difference....if so how much do u take and when????????????

I'm the odd ball (keep the comments) but I have chickens and still buy 3 gallons of egg whites a month I like the flavored ones from muscle egg plus eat 3-4 dozen a month

I use muscle egg flavored stuff its great and it's 25 grams in a cup (8 oz) so after my workout I drink 12 oz and have my cream of rice or oatmeal then before dinner I drink 8 oz again and keep in mind one of my meals is also eggs throughout the day.

You don't have to cook liquid eggs to digest them well. Raw eggs from the shell don't digest well at all.

They are no big deal at all. If you are just raising them for yourself 2 or 3 is plenty. Supplement the chicken feed with some food trimmings and you have a cheap fresh full flavored source.

Fresh eggs are dark orange, taste like something and don't run all over the pan like store bought.

They don't take any room at all for a couple of them. There are a zillion plans on the internet for raising hens.
