no one like sweet potatoes? i love them with my deit. lean beef, chicken, white potatoes and sweet. and the saying for the week "fail to plan, plan to fail." plan your meals so you dont have to think about them. cook for a couple days or for all week. so you can plan your meals and dont have to think about it. that is the biggest problem with most peoples diets. you dont have any food ready so you eat junk or dont eat at all.

bro, did i read that right?! if so, you are straight pimp...i'm all about pho, especially in the winter time when it's freezing outside. shit i'm asian so go figure, it's an everyday food for me, or was when i was growing up.

sifu, it's vietnamese beef (or chicken) rice noodle soup. with mounds of thin cuts of beef in there...probably won't see any till you're back in the states :)
 
We have some stuff kind of like that. I love asian food. Especially Thai food.
