I checked the Web site and it appears to be fully operational. You may want to try clearing the cache in your browser. Often doing so will alleviate the problem you described. Select it from the tools menu, internet options. Delete files and cookies. Also go to cookies selection, under the privacy tab, select accept first party, and block 3rd party cookies and make sure there is a check in front of allow cookies per session....
If that dont work, try a different browser, if you have access, or try to go to 1fast400.com, or one of their other mirror sites.... Some sites at my job dont show up.. not work appropriate..... so I get around them.
