Losing weight too fast.

Last monday I was 250 today I was 238. That is way to fast to lose weight if you ask me. I am still eating 8meals a day just eating healthier stuff. I'm wondering if it's the clen that is having such a dramatic effect on me.

So any advice to help me out would be appreciated. O yeah I haven't even done cardio this week

O another thing is I am following the diet that I posted last week and I have added some EFA's and some flax. Also some carbs with sweet potatos and powder
 
well i'm looking over my diet and I am getting 300+grams of protein a day but not near enough calories. Everything I eat is so lean and I am getting practically no carbs, but that is changing now. I am starting to throw in some more sweet potatos and oatmeal.


Also how much fat should I be taking in a day??
 
is your metabolism pretty fast and how do carb affect you? I am only 200lbs right now and I am cutting with 450g of protein per day. I am doing no carbs EOD, then 300 carbs EOD
 
well with low carbs I feel really tired and my muscles I swear don't feel near as hard as what they were. We'll see how my strength is friday on the bench
 
you might need to find out for sure how many calories you are eating, ever use fitday.com to add your daily calories?
 
G4E I just tried using fitday.com and it is confusing as hell. I typed in boneless chicken and like a million things come out

I know what you mean, se where it says add custom food? I add in all the things there that I eat, it gives you the option to put in the calories, carbs, protein and fat, then once you get all the things you normally eat then it is as simple as clicking add, give it a try
 
you need carbs when you cutting bro trust me. That is a lot of weight to lose all at once. It could be the cause of lack of carbs, but still seems like to much..
 
I seriously would like to know what you eating for the day, please post a whole days diet including the amounts
 
Alright here is a typical day the past week and a half

8:00 am protein shake 46grams of protein 260calories

10:00 am 6fried eggs no salt or pepper

12:30 2packets tuna

2:45 Protein shake

5:30 PWO

8:00 2 boneless chicken breast (lately have been adding a sweet potato)

10:00 7 boiled eggs

12:00 either tuna or protein


I have been mixing some carbs in my shakes sometimes. Also I take some EFA's and flax.

Also I have been on clen and I started tapering down yesterday

The packets of tuna are 3oz and have 90calories and 21grams of protein a piece. I also take 2 Super complex EFA's with it.

my protein shake at 2:45 contains 260cals 18carbs 42grams of protein

My pwo shake is 260cals 55grams of protein and 47carbs which adds 190 cals

chicken usually 8-10oz's

tuna will be 2packets again or a protein shake with 46grams of protein 260calories

ok by my best judgement here you have about 2600-2750 approx calories, with your muscle mass I think you are undereating. Currently I am 200 and eating 3400-3600 for my cutter. youare eating approx 300g of protein, I would like to see you bump that hiher as well, shoot for 400g, and your fat intake looks pretty low, are you using flax? I think you need 2-4 tbs a day, the pills suck honestly
 
G4E nipped it in the ass. I've decided to lose some bf before I continue bulking up and I'm running 3,600. I'm only taking in carbs in my 2 PWO meals. non-training day's I stick to pro/fat and have one carb up day within the week.
 
no problem bro, change those things up and I think you will hold your muscle! and drop fat only
