Lower chest

Hey guys ..im having a problem with my lower chest well not really its not as developed as the upper i can say my upper chest is awesome ..but my lower is laggin a little what u all think of this work out for chest ...

6 sets of Dips till failure .. I wont count the 1st 3 sets at all
3 sets of decline cable cross over
4 Sets incline dumbell press
3 sets flat dumbell press
3 sets flies
 
Mine is just the opposite, Back in the early 90's I was hurt in a bad car wreck and couldn't lift for a few years during this time I did the Charles Atlas isometric exercises which grew my lower chest more than any lifting ever did.. Not only with but thickness..
Try some deep pushup between two chairs, wider the chairs are apart the wider your chest will devolope. This worked awesome for me..
 
I use to do decline, but it feels like my head is gonna explode so I quit em. Lol
 
Pullovers work well also...give that seperation around chest/ribs/lats area... Def decline db flyes!
 
Pers, use the belt & chain to add some additional weight to your dips bro. If not, at your bdwt, the reps will be too high to pack on alot of meat. Also make sure your form is good to target pecs and not tri's. Heavy dips with correct form are killa for adding mass to the lower pecs.
 
^ To add on to what Dawgpound said, I started doing weighted dips a bit before I took a break. I don't know how much size I could've added with the few weeks I did them, but I know the stretch felt sick awesome.

Yes and to take the work off the tris and put it on the lower pec simply lean further forward in the movement.
 
I did pullovers 2 days ago and I haven't been that sore in awhile. Lol
 
its so messed ...i got my tendons killing me now ..i cant do dips tried it yesterday ..im taking a nice 2 week rest going light and doing it with hammer strength ... so annoying ...
