massive difference between pushing and pulling movements.

I am great at pushing momvements, whether it be for chest, shoulders, triceps, or quadriceps. I can pretty much do any amount of weight (up to my limits obviously) if i put my mind to it. However pulling movements I suck. I just dont feel that connection the pump, the strength..

my pulling muscles dont respond the same way either. my biceps are small, my back is not up to par. Any advice.. ??
 
try a slower tempo when pulling...those exercises are more of a mind-muscle connection

I agree. Also check your form. To me back exercises are prob the easiest to have bad form on. I had to correct my form a few years ago and after that my back started to take shape
