I have been cutting for about 5 weeks. I was dreading it but I have really fallen into a good groove. Kinda embracing the hunger as accomplishing what I am after. I haven't dreaded the cardio like I normally do either.

I had some old left over bottles of IGF Lr3 that I decided to use to help retain the muscle. I am down 14 lbs and either muscle memory is doing me a great favor or IGF is working wonders. Except for my abs my muscle are popping out everywhere. Traps are jumping up, delts are swole, I am a happy camper. I am 202 and was going for 200 but with the great progress think I am going to keep cutting and see if this old guy can't have one last hurrah.

It has to be the IGF. I had a great cycle with it last time I used it too. Now I just need to find a new quality source my old one is poof.... gone. When I get my new peptides I will throw in 400 week of test and that should be awesome. Can't wait. I haven't been this amped up about training in years.
 
Congrats brutha! I used to be a perma-bulker back in the day. The good thing with that is the crazy strength. That's about it though. Once I started cutting down and could see abs, the veins popping out, the separation in muscles while working out - don't get no better mang! :D Also the overall feeling of being lighter on your feet, not losing your breath after climbing a flight of stairs, not having to eat all that damn food! No more 280 lb days for me haha - if I can hover around 235 when off, and 250 when on, I'm gtg. Being lean that is. Keep killin' it! :igok:
 
Btw what protocol/frequency & dosing are you doing with the igf?

50 each bi-lateral in the chosen muscle group. 5 days on 2 off.

Just ran into someone I hadn't see in a month. She was blown away but the change in one month.

I remember busting my ass many years ago to get over 200 (5'7") I got up to 226 hovering at about 9 to 10% BF but I experienced all that same shit you describe. I just can't carry that much mass comfortably.

Now I am feeling great at 200. I want to cut another 10 and then put back on some lean mass but keep it around the 200 range. I won't be competing ever again so my only goal is to be and look healthy.
 
Igf does some great things. I ran it twice years ago during pct. Gives some great muscle tone and density. I didn't notice much size from it but the recomp effect, I thought was great. I never ran it during a cycle but it seems like it's doing some good things for ya. 226 at 5'7" at 10% is big bro.
 
It was hard for me to really understand how it works and to use it properly. I had scored some good igf-des years ago from a solid source and ran it for a few months. Wasn't sure if it was the igf or the gear I ran that gave me my results. Think I was running sust/tren ace eod, eq and a low dose of drol.

We answered you little bro. You didn't like the answer? Sell it and buy protein powder with the money. Until you push your natural envelope at least a little bit you wont gain any more with enhancement than you will naturally with good diet and hard training.

Put it in the freezer and train like a mad man for 2 months and tell me if I am not right. You can put an inch on your arms and an inch on your chest in 30 DAYS.

1. It's probably not good igf or even potent.
it's rare and very hard to find good potent igf.

2. At 18 your natural igf-1 levels are already high. Taking synthetic igf-1 is not going to do anything for you at that age. Reason most adult men(actual adult, 25 or older) even mess with it is to bring up their igf-1 levels because they're not as high as an 18 year olds. You don't need it! This is why I told you, you were wasting your time.

We're not trying to be dicks but listen to us! We've been there. I already told you I started messing with this crap way too young and I wish I didn't. It actually hindered my progress at a young age. I'd blow up, not knowing what I was doing, then my levels would drop when I came off. They were already high to begin with and I should have just kept it natural, but during my off time my hormones would drop and i'd regress. I was young and dumb. I would have actually made more progress without anything, rather than spiking and dropping. Don't be a dumb kid like I was. I understand the lure, but it will not be beneficial at that young of an age.

For an 18 year old with only a year of serious lifting? Eat, eat , eat. That is the best thing you can do. Without that you can take all the steroids you want and it won't do anything. Try cell tech creatine. That stuff works awesome. Not blowing smoke, it's actually really good. Get some protein powder if you haven't already. Eat 6 meals a day balanced nutrition and you'll pack on some mass for sure. Stay away from pasta meals and crap like that. Occasionally ok, but eat chicken, potatoes, rice, green veggies. At 18 it's not worth it to run a cycle. Lmk what weight you want to be at (be realistic ) and I'll figure out what you need for calories. You'd be surprised how fast you'll progress when diet is dialed in.

I've been training natty for a couple years now. I can go up and I can trim down just by adjusting my diet. It's really simple when you figure it out.
