I have been cutting for about 5 weeks. I was dreading it but I have really fallen into a good groove. Kinda embracing the hunger as accomplishing what I am after. I haven't dreaded the cardio like I normally do either.
I had some old left over bottles of IGF Lr3 that I decided to use to help retain the muscle. I am down 14 lbs and either muscle memory is doing me a great favor or IGF is working wonders. Except for my abs my muscle are popping out everywhere. Traps are jumping up, delts are swole, I am a happy camper. I am 202 and was going for 200 but with the great progress think I am going to keep cutting and see if this old guy can't have one last hurrah.
It has to be the IGF. I had a great cycle with it last time I used it too. Now I just need to find a new quality source my old one is poof.... gone. When I get my new peptides I will throw in 400 week of test and that should be awesome. Can't wait. I haven't been this amped up about training in years.
