it seems like every week i post about a new diet so here

g4e/buff or whoever else

how the hell would u do timed carbs when trainin @ least 2xs a day

im runnin 2xs a day, but when i weight train, im only runnin 1x

i roll outa bed @ 7 or so, get a shake down, then start runnin
then weights r round 5
the days i dont hit the weights r the days i practice

you have take in consideration practice. You will have to be carefull to not lose weight to quickly. You don't want to lose any muslce. A timed carb diet is setup for someone who hits the gym on a regular basis. The way it's written out, wouldn't work if you didn't train for a whole week. You could make adjustments to it and make it work. Cardio should be done at a moderate pace. Running wouldn't be a good idea. How many times a week do you practice?

well, the running is 2 get in better shape, practice is monday-wed, but thats just b/c we cant get ouside
once we get outside i wont b runnin 1st thing in the mornin
im @ 205 now, if i could get 2 195 i think it would b perfect
 
as long as my healthy fats r there im great
i have more energy & just feel better
 
if you do timed carb, make sure you get 40% of your calories from fat on non training days where you eat pro/fat all day

& just hit up the dextros after the cardio? on non tranin days?
 
no dextrose after cardio, bro..............after cardio you want to keep insulin low, so stick to pro/fat meal

exactly, just as i told matt76, no carbs of any kind after cardio...ESPECIALLY dextrose...!!!!! i learned the hard way back then...it got me looking like a terd.
