Looking lean and small waist. Hard to tell on the rest, legs seem good. Build up that upper chest.....

I am working on my upper chest.
For my chest workout, I start with incline dumbbell flyes, then flat bench press, then incline bench press and butterfly.

as for chest

cut out flat bench press bro! overrated!!!!

focus on doing more incline movements - do an unstable movement first then a stable movement next -

incline dumbell [unstable] incline smithmachine press [stable] -- then dips and finish with flyes-

do your sets in a very controlled fahion -- concentrate on flexing your chest at the top of the movement
 
ok thanks for tips. I will stop the flat bench press. it's a long time I did not try the incline smith machine press. I will do it again for a few weeks.
