I figured I'd post this. It seems like many mates are getting here or are already there. Age-wise. See EG if you need help. Our medical REP. If you see a lot of specialists like. Urogist, Foot Doctor, Endoconogist, etc. Medicare is a better option. Here is the catch. You would have to buy a Part B plan for prescriptions. Eye doctor, is not covered, dental is not covered. But no co-pays to see a doctor, and all exams are free. You don't need to get referrals for a specialist.

Advantage Plans. They cover prescriptions, but with a co-pay. If admitted to the hospital, $900.00. Need referrals and will have a co-pay after every doctor visit. Every state and state differs. See attached clip for more.

If I can be of any help. PM me. I care. I started online and 1800 CallMed. It was and still is a service to help those with no insurance or issues with meds. This is an international problem. Without saying too much. I'm glad I helped many. Big Pharma is a thief. They control our government. They don't care about then common man. I am speaking from someone who served. My county.

I have paid all my life into Medicare and took full advantage of it when I turned 64 and 9 months. My pension pays the cost of Medicare Advantage and Social Security pays for part B. I had total shoulder replacement for $250 doctors are $5, lab work is free. Specialists $10. All of my prescriptions are free. I can go to any doctor I want. ER visits are also free. There is a $400 annual deductible and they also pay for my gym membership. I also get some coverage on dental, hearing and eye care but do have separate policies for dental and eye. MEDICARE Advantage chose not to cover my TRT or HGH, I just pay cash for the expense instead. In all I am completely happy with Medicare Advantage and my wife will be eligible to apply in a year. But my pension also covers her insurance.

My advice is go with the Medicare Advantage. Medicare only pay 80% so you have to cover the 20%. Medicare Advantage is a separate insurance coverage that covers the 20% and has minimum co-pays, most also cover medicine which Medicare does not cover.

Yea I’m getting mix signals. The mates I’m helping say Medicare Advantage is killing them. Medicare is a monthly premium. I only know this because of the meds requested by mates. They think it’s cheaper getting certain items from boards or online.

From what I’m reading states have certain other programs ect. I didn’t look up all of that. I just wanted to see if I could help mate’s get their meds discounted better. There is a lot who get meds from online. Just because of the issues with this. I’m not there yet. But I care. But thank you for info mate. Hope others will follow.
