8 8GGWHITES 1 YOLK ( OMELLETE OR SCRAMBLED)
1 MULTIVITAMIN/MINERAL
2000MG OF VITAMIC C

160Z OF WATER ( ADD CRYSTAL LIGHT)


LUNCH

8OZ OF CHICKEN BREAST
80Z OF SWEET POTATOS OR BROWN RICE

160Z OF WATER





SNACK.

CAN OF TUNA
2 SLICES OF WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
16 OZ WATER





DINNER.

10 OZ OF LEAN STEAK
SALAD
OLIVE OIL AND VINEGAR.
16 0Z OF WATER,


EAT THIS 7 DAYS A WEEK.

but i might get sick of eatting the same thing can you make one or tow more days so i eat day one then day 2 then day3 then day1 then day2 then day3 then day1 then day 2 and so
if each of the three day are a little differnt i willnot get board o.k
what do you say i like the help i print the diet out but if you could help out

NOPE..when u need to lose that amount of weight like you do ..you do not have the priviledge to have other foods..just eat those i mention, it will do the job for you.

it's not easy but no one said it would..whether you do it or you dont,period.

thank you if you have a differnt ideam put it up on day 2 if i had two differnt days like day one like you listed and then day two a differnt menu and then back to day1 and then day 2 it will help me
your tops keep up the good work i try to print it in a minute
 
if youre serious no fruits at all

but you can have an apple instead of the 2 slices of wheat bread for snack
 
thank you i shop after special olympic
bowling sat around 1p.m. so if you want make a list for me to buy just for kick and write it down and i buy that for brekfast can i drink a glass of lactack milk for my bones ?
 
no milk but in your case skim milk should be fine

carbs


Oatmeal
sweet potatos
brown rice.
whole wheat bread.

protein


tuna or any white fish..tilapia, orange roughy..etc
chicken breast (skinless)
lean red meat (top round, flank steak,sirloin trimmed)
eggs.

vegetables

lettuce
spinach
broccoli

fats

natural peanut butter
olive oil
raw almonds.




thats all you need,bro.

when i work out i wear this when it come it was on back order they said 2 week what do you thank

Damn! This is a good diet for anyone Matt. Wait till you hear from them again on the suit.

And Matt, OLY's right about the fruit. ANY fruit will keep weight on. Joe Parillo wrote a big article years ago titled: "All fructose?OUT!!!"
