Hey Guys 'n' Gals,

Been out on the prowl recently checking out boards still new to me and saw the PremierMuscle being given props on a fair few so thought I?d come and take a look-see my self ? nice looking board you have here :^>

I will indeed try to get back here from time to time, however, Time is an unforgiving mistress and she rarely allows me full reign - LOL ;^>

In truth, noted your respected names for a while now on various other boards and, much as I'd wanted to make an appearance before this and be accepted into the fold, so to speak, finding the time to fit everything in to a single day is perhaps one of my greatest challenges.

Having said that, I will endeavor to pop by when I can, lest I become a complete stranger once again ;^>

... what can I say, the only exercise I seem to be able to find time for these days is the odd opportunity to prowl around the boards - LOL ;^>
