I spent the last 4 days in London doing only cardio. I walked between 15 and 20 kilometers a day.

I had zero strength.

I went to the animal rescue to clean the dogs benches.

I won’t be allowed any strenuous exercise nor carbs from Monday because I have a PET scan on Wednesday. I will only do a couple of shifts at the rescue cleaning the cages and walking the dogs.

I?m just busy working 7 days a week at the the animal rescue and I have bad back pain. I had my control pet scan and a scan of the thorax but they came back negative. I?m so tired (4 hours sleep most nights) and in pain that I don?t even have any motivation or energy left.

I keep doing cardio every morning. I?m starting a fit marathon this Monday. My goal is to lose 2 kgs.

My back pain could be caused by kidney stones. I will have an ultrasound on Tuesday.

I have an ultrasound of the kidneys later today.
 
My favorite dog, an abused Belgian shepherd was put to sleep today and I?m heartbroken. He wasn?t ill or anything but had less chance to get adopted. I had a bond with him, I could calm him down just by talking to him. I had also bought him toys and snacks that he loved. I know it?s stupid but I?ve been crying a lot earlier and it?s gonna be tough tomorrow when I will see the empty pen

I had done 75 minutes of fasted cardio at 4 am but hit a new gym early this afternoon. I was first tested to see how I was doing and did 2 full body rounds of 20 reps afterwards to check how ?old? my muscles are and the score is 55 which is very good according to the coach. The newest Technogym machines are awesome. My next workout is Saturday.
