welcome...if you're book's legit and you're not spammin i'd def like to take a shot at it.i think i've got just about every major book out there downloaded and printed out.i love collecting new material.what other boards do you frequent?only asking cause at least 90% of us on here are on just about every major board out there.post up some good info on dieting.definitely my weakest point...
