I have a son in northern Iraq right now who is the right hand man of his commander.
We haven't heard from him in a couple of weeks even though we've sent e-mails. I assume it has something to do with the violence against the Christians in Mosul since he's stationed in Tal Afar.

Here is a pic of my son with his commander in Iraq.
