I was really shocked of the Olympia 2009 ranking. Or maybe they are just trying to make money out of it. Don't get me wrong but that's my point of view.
 
wow... jays quads were...wow, ecstatic about warren coming in 2nd i'm a big fan of branch..i like the results, wish wolf had come in better conditioning he was way off from last year.
 
I was distracted by Jays wacky ass 7 year old haircut lol. I give him credit for changing it after like 300 years though
 
wolf 16th happened because although he put on 20 lbs they werent quality lbs or in the places he needed them most.. he was no where near as sharp this yr.. it was disappointing.. kai also didnt look as sharp or hard as expected..

i was on the first level to the immediate left (while facing the stage) so close enough to smell the protan hehe
went to the studio 54 party at the mgm was off the hook :) while there the CIO of ultimate nutrition all wigged out over me and im going to sign a contract for the expo next yr lol also made friends with some of the xero limits guys and if i make top 3 at my show they want to sponsor me lol pretty amazing weekend alllll around to be honest.. got to meet everyone which was great.. kai is from a different planet i think tho LOL hung out with him and frank mcgrath and evan centopani for a few hours which was rockin.. those are 2 awesome guys for sure :)one of my new friends is close with branch warren so got to hang out with him a little at the party..hes enormous lol just a sick weekend barely slept at all lol didnt get back to my hotel after the finals til like 6am lol i basically took an hr or 2 nap there each morning and showered there but that was really it LOL thank god i dont live in vegas i wouldnt get shit done lol
 
Congrats sadie! I think Frank McGrath is one of the impressive new guys out there. Biggest forearms I've ever seen. I believe he said they were 19-19.5 inches. Frank McGrath below:

oh i agree he is omg better in person LOL i informed him that there should be a law that all men should be required to look like him lol he has major body dismorphia tho lol he seriously doesnt see himself as big as he is lol it was like hugging a tree trunk with more tree trunks wrapped around me lol he and heath are my all time favorite bodybuilders and i got to meet both of them so it was a great weekend


ty mrhtbd it did feel pretty good actually. i looked pretty jacked this weekend lol i got alot of comments about how i look more muscular in person etc but im not all fucked up looking like alot of the female bbers i met this weekend.. if i learned ANYTHING from that expo it was moderation is key.. some scary stuff actually i just wouldnt be ok with that on me thats for sure
 
oh fyi.. Frank's sister is switching from figure to bikini lol evan and i went on a rant about how bikini is total bullshit and its insane that they want to add it to the olympia next yr.. frank stood there.. hes all.. i have to bite my tongue.. my sister is going to compete bikini lol he kept reiterating over and over about how she probably trains harder then he does but knows that some of those girls dont train at all.. he said he was trying not to comment lol evan gave him shit about nepotism hehe

Frank McGrath is a monster. I wish Trey Brewer would get his shit together. He is massive but he isnt a polished as he should/could be. If he got it together he could be a true contender.

Not sure how recent that pic is but I am sure its just around the time he came on the scene. Ever since he was on the Cover of MD as the "barely legal freak" and since getting sponsored by bsn at 22 he has gone down hill.

lol thats hilarious about the bikini class. I know a girl here that got her card for basically having a big rack. She wasnt very succesfull in the figure comps so I dunno. Who knows how the hell those will go.

Didnt realize Wolf actually gained weight for this show.
 
the press hype bs said he put on 20lbs this yr.. he looked BAD imo.. softer then hell and still no calves
 
yep lol i got my cardio and lifting in every day which is another reason i didnt sleep lol party back change sweat out the alcohol shower expo change show more party lol i didnt wear the dress it ws totally fuckin see through lol fuck.. no lol thats an inside dress for sure lol here is a far away pic of it tho lol
