listen dude, my main point was staying on topic and staying away from stupid posts like that about crap. it's just garbage. I stay on topic. Look at your own posts and you might notice a similarity buddy. I'm a member on other boards with lots of useful info related to the gym posted on there. I'm no newb. PM me if you still want to argue over something this lame. BTW, I just compared my threads started and your threads started...wow, you are so awesome. Thanks for starting all those threads that having nothing to do with lifting period. oh wait...one Sub Q shots. wow, I'm in disbelief. I thought I was going to be enlightened by all your amazing threads on training.
I said anything RELATED to AAS....this community is founded off overall wellness, steroids and things done in the gym.
All of which i grouped together, and again, little to none of your posts have ANYTHING to do with any of these things.
