Yes, miss them, as in I've been with them practically every day of their lives.
My wife's parents watch them, get them to the bus, get them after school and make dinner where we would all meet up.
You really think I have a chance against their onslaught?
Shit, I'll be lucky to get one weekend a month.

I dont know where you live. Where I live, unless one of the parents shows up to court with a heroin syringe sticking out of their arm, it is straight shared parenting, no BS. Unless one of the parents is not in a position for real shared parenting, then they break it down to what they can do with their career or whatever. Whoever makes more pays child support to even things out a bit. I guessed it was like that everywhere these days.
