My accountant called me last week wanting my help to act as a per se trainor. I'm just a gym rat helping out a buddy. Here's the kicker, he is between 900-1000 pds. Doing good so far but I'm confused if I'm taking the right approach. First understand we are extremely limited in what we can do. He is a candidate for a show on t.l.c. mainley because of how extremely rare it is at his size to be able to walk, he gets around just fine. Most of his weight is hanging below the waist so any leg movement are out of the question at this time, same with cardiovascular, all equipment at my gym is rated at 350 max. Chest, back and arms is all we can really do so have been picking two for each 3 sets of 12-15 working same bodyparts but hitting slightly different angles each day. He's wanting to come everyday but got him resting every 3-4 days. He is working 12 hour days in the hayfield and under the care of a specialist down in Houston who has given his blessing but no guidance to weights. I believe he is going to stick it out. Down 80 pounds so far. Lost his sister and father to morbid obesity last year so he is commuted for now at least. Being in his condition im sure anything is better than nothing but still want to approach this properly. So what are yalls recommendations.
