Modeling my diet after Palumbo's Keto diet.
My stats 182-184lbs ~9% bf
6'0"
30 y/o
Goal 7% bf so ~178-180lbs
Meal #1
4 omega eggs, 3 egg whites -370 cals, 36g protein, 0 carbs
Meal #2
50g whey shake, 1 Tbs peanut butter - 310 calories, 56g protein, 3 carbs
Meal #3
8oz Chicken breast, 1 oz almonds - 400 cals, 58g protein, 6g carbs
Meal #4
50g Whey shake, 1 Tbs PB - 310 cals, 56g protein, 3g carbs
Meal #5
6oz salmon, 4 oz tilapia, asparagus - 385 cals, 52g protein, 2 carbs
Meal #6
50g whey shake, 1 Tbs PB - 310 cals, 56g protein, 3 carbs
Daily Total:
2085 calories
314g protein
17g carbs
~85g fat
I plan on mixing this up some. Some days I'll have more fats than others depending on how much I mix up my diet. But I plan on staying fairly close to these numbers, more specifically the total calories. I can probably get away with less protein and more fats and will more than likely make some adjustments depending on hunger etc... in the fat/protein ratio department.
Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated and welcome. Thanks!
