my meal plan for today

I am down to around 232 now from 276 in january. I had conteplated doing a show but a few factors made me decide not to. I M just gonna stay lean and keep a 6 pack thru summer now. Doing about 4 hours of cardio a week and my workouts are at a fast pace. This is my meal layout for today, similar to everyday except i cycle my carbs and i have a cheat meal on sunday. I am obcessively strict and also weigh out and measure everything.
5:30am protein shake, 1 scoop ON whey and 1 scoop Syntha6, 1/2 cup oatmeal
8:30 10 boiled egg whites, 2 rice cakes
11:30 8oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccolli, 1 cup fresh spinach, 1/2 cup salsa
1:30 protein shake same blend as meal 1
3:30 8oz chicken breast, sweet potato, 1/2 cup salsa
6:30 pwo shake 2 scoops ON whey
7:30 8oz tilapia, 7 spears asparagus
10:00 protein shake blend, 2tblsp almond butter
 
Shakes are meal replacements I'm guessing?
Otherwise that is a lot of powder.

Yeah, that is why I use a scoop of syntha 6, 6 types of blended both fast and slow digesting. 24g of protein, 6 g of fat and 15g of carbs, I mix it with a 25g scoop of whey.
 
Looks good to me. I tend to use more powder in the summer months for some reason.

Yeah, I just recently dropped a meal and added a shake. It is hard to eat as much when it is hot, I could never bulk in the summer.
