This doesn't look to me like a cutting diet, because you are eating carbs before bed and after 6pm. So considering it is a bulking diet, why do you have cheat days? I only have cheat days when i am dieting because i need to replenish my glycogen stores.

But the diet looks solid. I would replace the baked potatoe with a baked yam or sweet potatoe.
Meal seven looks a little weak in the protein department. Cook some chicken breasts and eat one with the egg whites, or go to the store, buy some FAT FREE kraft singles slices (0.2g of fat, 5g of protein per slice) and throw two or three of them in with your eggs.

this is my bulking diet of sorts, i think it is good for lean mass. as for cheat days, i have been perfect (i mean perfect) for a year and a half. time to try something new and see if it helps or hinders my progress. if i find it hinders in any way, no cheat day.

good idea to change to yam or sweet potatoe, i'll do that.

meal seven i think i will add some cottage cheese. i'm pretty happy to only eat chicken once a day at the moment.

Good call on the cottage cheese. I shoulda thought of that. Its a perfect protein before bed time!

diets going pretty good. different from what i've tried before.

and not bad on the budget either. man chicken breast is expensive.

I would drop the flax and find a good fish oil. 10gs a day will help nutrient partitioning, insulin sensitivity, and overall health

good advice! I am fan of quality carbs such as sweet potato's and oatmeal....they are the keys to staying lean

Any weight gains yet? Are you doing a cycle right now as well?

diets not bad. i was on a bulking diet before so no weight gain. i need to add some more food i'm still hungry sometimes.

Have you noticed yourself leaning out or anything? Or are you just maintaining?

just maintaining. i expect to lean out a bit in a few weeks from this diet. which is ok, i just don't want to cut right now.

finding it pretty good, i really like the foods in it. i've been eating just chicken and pasta for a loooong time. nice to have some other foods. weight is up a bit.
