My new dog

He is a Dutch Shepherd about 18 weeks old. He is going to be a guard dog and is already biting the sleeve and is very sharp on his commands. I always wanted one of these dogs and finally got one.His father is a drug K-9 and so is his mother. His father is extremely aggresive and is also a bite dog. My dog is aggresive as hell and has a high drive. everyone always thinks he is a damn police dog though or a german shepherd. I just wanted to get a good dog for my wife and good home protection dog. I am having him trained and he is doing so well. I got him from a trainer in North Carolina. Check out his ears he has to grow into them.lol

Just from personal experience, be careful training with a sleeve. A cast can be confused for a sleeve. Things can end up bad.

There pretty high strung. Just keep him on a leash when it could be a risky situation and you wont have to worry about anything. I remeber I had my male pitbull off the leash and he was ahead of me. There was a little girl in front of us. She saw him and started running. I was like ohhhhh shhiiiittttt. He caought up to her quickly and to my relief gave her a good bath with his tounge lol. He loves kids soo much. The parents were like ohh thats soo cute. It could of turned out a lot worse!!!!!

AHEM A YOUNG FELLA 2

arent those one of the more intelligent breeds of dogs?

Yes it is amazing how fast these dogs learn. I taught him to place and stay in about 20 minutes. I am using all dutch commands also so no one else can tell him what to do besides my wife and I.

thats the same as a belgian malinois I think, I love those dogs. I first saw one at my old high school. a guy brought his dog to run on our football field and the dog could scale the 18ft fence and down the other side like a fuckin cat. he would do it over and over and never fuckin fall. later I learnt more about them, theyre used by almost every special forces in the world because theyre faster and lighter than most other protection dogs (easier to throw them thru a window to catch criminals. theyre so smart, fast and brave. great dog fred. as you can see, I've been wanting one for a long time too.

Your right on bro. Really the only difference is the color and that the Dutch originated in Holland I think. My friend has a malinois and it looks like mine but a different color. Almost all specail forces and police use them. I seen a K-9 demo at a local school and this made me want one really bad. They also get very attached to their owner. My dog will not eat unless I feed him. My wife gets so mad she will put his food out and unless I tell him to eat and stand by him he wont touch it.lol
