my dad also hooked my g/f up with her car a few years back. It was used and he found it in Ohio. Called the dealership up and said his daughter was looking for a car and they have the one she wanted. He asked if he could have it at cost and they said no problem. He sent a cpl drivers to go pick it up (free of charge for my g/f) and sold it to her at cost. Saved her about 3grand

you will look long and hard to find another dealer who will HONESTLY sell another dealer a car at their COST, he might have said it was his cost, but I am sure he tacked on a couple hundred, if not he would have lost cash for aquiring it, cleaning it up, detailing it etc, getting it ready for sale on his lot.

Doubtful as my dad does business with him all the time. It's not his first time around the block. He gets sent to either San Diego or Hawaii every year for being one of the most successful ford dealers in the country.

lol, I agree with Matt on this one. I'm sure any dealer would love to get rid of a used car which probably is taking up space anyway. 1 used car off the lot, gets you a new one. I'd do it every time lol
