after i get to around 8% bf. ima try a high carb approach to
lean bulk. wont start this diet for another month or so.
it will consist of 7 meals a day. 500 carbs 210g protein minimal fats.
each meal will have 71g carbs and 30g pro. havent gotta it down to a T yet just thought about it last night.
carbs will consist of green veggies, pineapple,apple,glycerol(not a carb),brown rice, potatoes w/e kind i feel like having. i luv sweet tho. and ezekiel bread. MAYBE oatmeal. dextrose/maltodextrin pwo.
protein will consist of chicken,tuna,beef,eggs,ff milk,BPI, MPI, and WPI.
fats will be very minimal im only going to use a few fish oil caps. rest will come from my proteins and carbs sources. wont be anymore then 25g a day im sure.
its gunna suck giving up whole eggs!!!!!!!!
