Hey guys I was hoping an article about slin would be my first post here but posting pics is alot easier

Here I am in 1998 at size 40 waist, I got up to 42"+ at 285 in 2000

Then I lost weight (mainly muscle) too fast cause I was dumb and got down to 160

Then I got up to 180 or so

Then I got to 210 with about 17% bf sorry no pics there, then did my first real cycle (fina/clen) and changed body comp to about 12-13% and stayed at 210.
