need a good clean bulk diet.

I have been struggling these last few weeks to make my weight move.. I haven't been taking in enough fats I think, but im gonna go pick up some Flax tonight

I upped my carbs so I am now eating protein/carb meals almost all day and switch over to protein/fat around 6-7pm because I've noticed my BF has dropped a bit since I started.

I just can't break this weight barrier now and I wanna throw on atleast another 5 lbs before my cycle is over. Its still only the beginning of winter, no need to cut right now!

I have 4 more weeks of injections and 6 more before PCT.

so help me out

Right now I stand at around 213, less than 10%BF, at 6'2"

I am taking around 3500 cals in a day, and lots of good protein - chicken & beef
 
add flax to all your shakes, it should def help up the calories w/o having to eat extra
 
start slow, 1 tbs per shake, some people who take too much flax can get the shits, so see how you react to it before you use to much............lol
 
I've used it before, my roommate had a bottle. and I would just flip the cap and pour it in my mouth. lol no shitting problems. I was just curious what a good amount to include in a shake is.
 
how many shakes a day do you use not counting PWO shake, because you do not want it there
 
well if you handle flax well, you can go 2 tbs in each shake and that will give you about 500 extra cal per day
 
I sometimes take 3 tbs at a time lol...no shitting problems here...
 
ill tell ya, my lil secret with clean bulk is milk....no lie

my 1st cycle i did a clean bulk

chicken
whole wheat bread
milk *skim*
rice
eggs
steak

i think i was takin in like 400+ protein

my last meal was always steak & eggs + milk

i was drinkin about 1 gallon of milk a day + gallon of water....i even took 1/2 gallon 2 class or whatever

some people cant handle that much milk, but i was fine....didnt put on much fat , light cardio was key

thanks for the milk tip, I will try to drink more. I am going through about a half gallon a day. but everything else you listed, Im eating. I am getting around 350g/ed.

I will really try to push it this time.

I like the steak & eggs before bed thing

yea def give it a try bro....every 1 is diffrent so u just gota just try diffrent foods & c what works 4 u
 
i definately do well the higher I go with protein, carbs don't do much except make me fat when I go overboard.
