I'm 18, 5' 10" and weigh 200 lbs. My BF is around 12-15%. I work out three times a day, five days a week. I lift, box/grapple/kick box and run. I take in 2200-2500 calories a day. I would like to get down to 180-185 lbs. More important, I'm sick of looking soft. I wrestle quite a bit and I feel I would be more effective on the mat if I lost some body fat. I'm sick of working so hard and getting little results. I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions.
