need help getting cut

I'm 18, 5' 10" and weigh 200 lbs. My BF is around 12-15%. I work out three times a day, five days a week. I lift, box/grapple/kick box and run. I take in 2200-2500 calories a day. I would like to get down to 180-185 lbs. More important, I'm sick of looking soft. I wrestle quite a bit and I feel I would be more effective on the mat if I lost some body fat. I'm sick of working so hard and getting little results. I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions.
 
Bro post up what your diet looks like now. It sounds like you are wayyyy underfed, at 18yo with all that activity you need way more calories to support your raging metabolism. Is your weight goal for a sport?

I agree post your diet, you maybe eating the wrong foods.
