ok well i'm 18, 5'10 and at 220 lbs :/
obviously i need to run and eat better but i also wanna get stronger..
I've been working out for about 2 years on and off ( I'm lazy
).. but i want to get serious about it.
So can anyone help me set up a good work out plan to get leaner and stronger...
