this week i boosted my calorie intake up to
4000-4500 and its basically all protein with some carbs i weight 176lbs right now i want to get up to 190 and i always feel like im bloated all the time and im spending alot of time in the bathroom lol here is what my basic meals are each day
BREAKFAST:
6eggwhites, oatmeal and a bowl of fruit with granola
SNACK: meal replacement with whole milk, protein shake
LUNCH:2chicken breasts,a bowl of vegetables and a meal replacement bar with 23grams of protein and 300 calories
SNACK: Bag of nuts, raisens and cashews which equals 530 calories
DINNER: 6Eggwhites with 2 chicken breast with tomatoes and 4 slices of american cheese and a protein shake with whole milk or chocolate milk
SNACK: Protein bar with a bowl of fruit and a bottle of whole milk like 12oz

Is there a way that i can keep it in my system, cus im going to the bathroom like 4 times a day maybe more should i eat different foods let me know what you guys think

First thing I would try is to eliminate the whole milk & milk in general along with the cheese, also check the quality of your protein powders & the amount of lactose in it, also some veggies give many people gas & bloating.

I would advize changing only 1 variable at a time, not all, or you may not be able to determine what the possible cause is..

Fiber..get used to it :) Some of those Meal Replacements have sugar alcohols also that cause major gas. If you didn't have any Lactose problems before bumping your calories, then you should'nt have one now. What goes in, has to come out ;)

yea i have no lactose problem, so i guess i should get some good reading material for the thrown lol thanks guys

I would agree with buff, when I increased my oat intake it took a few eeks for my body to adjust to the extra fiber

Just be glad you don't have the opposite problem, like me. It's not fun.

Like mentioned above it may be something in the protein bar or powder. They have caused me to do the same thing in the past, especially the powders. You are eating quite a bit of food so you are going to be hitting the toilet more often. Facts of life!! lol. Wait until ur body adjust and go from there

well what i been doing for last few days is drinking like 24 oz of water before bed then having to wake myself up to pee in the middle of the night i grab a protein shake and a peanut butter sandwhich then go back to bed, just to consume some more good calories, let me know if this is ok to do

One major problem I see is all the milk. There's no way I could drink that much milk without problems.

im doing ok now but before was kinda brutal when i didnt space it out, but thats all i drink now is milk and water. and maybe a coke after a workout for some easy carbs thats about it
