Need some help from you all..

Ok.. after taking two months off from the gym and doing nothing because of back problems.. I think I need a new style program. My back is fine. Or so it feels. Doc has given me full clearance. I didn't take the muscle relaxers, ony the anti inflamitories. I must say I am getting the "get back into the gym" itch. If you see my journals.. you pretty much can figure out my style of lifting. for those of you that I have not really interacted with. I like to lift heavy, rest/pause, and failure. Super setting is fine and so is some 5x5 programs....

Please help. and G4E, you know my diet style.. :hahaha:
 
have you thought about something like dogcrap style of lifting?

your eating is gonna have to change no matter what if you want results bro, no 2 ways around that
 
I have done DC training. I like it.. but I wanted to vary it a little, and then I know it won't be considered DC training.
 
well honestly vary it however it fits best to you, no ONE program works for everyone.

But you know your diet needs major improving for the best results
