Ok.. after taking two months off from the gym and doing nothing because of back problems.. I think I need a new style program. My back is fine. Or so it feels. Doc has given me full clearance. I didn't take the muscle relaxers, ony the anti inflamitories. I must say I am getting the "get back into the gym" itch. If you see my journals.. you pretty much can figure out my style of lifting. for those of you that I have not really interacted with. I like to lift heavy, rest/pause, and failure. Super setting is fine and so is some 5x5 programs....
