Need to cut down some..(and I need help)

Well here's the plan I want to cut about 5-10lbs off my frame in the next month. I will be doing the following

Monday- De Bench
Tuesday- Cardio and abs
Wednesday- squat and shrugs
Thursday- cardio
Friday- Heavy bench
Saturday- Cardio and abs and maybe some bi's
Sunday off

With this I will be trying to eat mostly Chicken, Tuna and eggs. I will be having a sub sandwich every now and then but am going to be making it just turkey and cheese. I will also be having 2-4 protein shakes a day and maybe a MRP shake. I am also going to be switching from whole milk to skim milk that will cut down a ton of calories and fat (I might also try some stuff called carb countdown). My first two weeks I will be on clen and the last 2weeks will just be on some green tea extract.

Just wondering if this plan looks alright?? Also my cardio will consist of the eliptical machine and am wondering how long should I go on it for optimal fat loss and keep my strength rising??

Final few questions are should I try and take some creatine to help maintain strength or should I stay away from it?? Another thing is any words of wisdom to keep my strength rising while trying to cut down some??

Also I just want to add that I am more of a power builder in the fact that I go for strength over looks, but I just feel that it's time to cut some extra fat
 
You will have to lay out your diet more exact than that for people to look at. WHo knows what you got going on? It could be 4 meals? It could be 7 meals. It could be 2000 cals. It could be 4000cals. Etc. You see where I am getting at.

the man has a good point

if u really wana cut down ur gona need more cardio....like 20-30 min b4 trainin....remeber ur not gona try 2 b puttin on mass, u wana keep what u have & burn the fat
ditch the subway....bread & cheese isnt gona have a place

no creatine b/c its gona cause u 2 hold on 2 water....

cardio 30-40 min each day

wake up, have a shake 30-40grams of protien & then go get ur cardio done....a brisk way is perfect, runnin isnt b/c ur gona b burnin more then just simply fat....brisk walk @ some kinda incline is gona b fine

unless we turn this in 2 a science expirement, ur gona lose some strength....but its not gona b anyhtin crazy, so no worries

basically, u wana turn ur self in 2 a furnace so that ur burrin fat all day & night....

also, try 2 get as much real food as u can....& im gona say no on the milk....2 much sugar no matter what the carb count is
 
Well it'll be more like this for my diet

8:30 protein shake

10:00 5fried eggs and a banana or an apple or something

12:30 Protein shake

2:30 Chicken breast or some tuna

5:30 Protein shake

7:30 Chicken breast or 7hard boiled eggs(all whites except for one)

9:30 Chicken breast or 7hard boiled eggs(all whites except for one)

11:30-12 Protein shake trying to find one with cassein
 
don't totally cut carb's out of the equation. You should definitely have some carbs PWO. I'd also make sure to have enough healthy fat's in there. I'll get more in depth, when I get back ;)

flax would b a nice addition

u def need carbs after u workout, & if ur feelin weak take some in with the shake or meal b4 u train
 
ok guys sometimes for a PWO shake I like to mix my protein with milk and some natty PB and some oatmeal.

I do have some flax oil and some EFA's but not sure how many I should be taking or how much to use
 
O one last thing I was thinking of taking a MRP shake every once in awhile instead of just an old protein shake. I was planning on buying it from GNC and then taking it back at the end of the month saying I wasn't satisfied:D damn I sure am a cheap asss college student

You don't want fat's in your PWO shake. You want a carb that will cause a high insulin response, like dextrose. Skip out on the oat meal and pb, and stick to whey and dextrose for your PWO shake..

ive used smarties b4....3 packs is about the right ammount....

buff is right on the pb

actually stay away from regual pb....the natural stuff is ok, just not in this case
 
first off I think you are mixing fat and carbs too much in the diet you laid out,

I would do low carbs all day then eat carbs for both pwo meals

Well I am throwin out the sub sandwich but what else am I eating that has a lot of fat in it??

not a lot of fat, but mixing fat and carbs I would avoid, like the eggs and fruit. If I am cutting I avoid fruit, and dairy.

I think subs are fine if used sparingly, but bread is not that great when cutting

try to get your fats from almonds, flax, peanut butter, ranch dressing, etc..

Alright no biggy fruit is out with the eggs

no no i think hes sayin dont eat the fruit with the eggs....

i dont c a prob with eggs & u can always go with just the whites
