I just thought up a new 5 day split for myself, tried it for 2 weeks and it's the best split I've done so far. Gains are increasing rapidly.
Workout A
Mon - Chest/Triceps/Lockouts
Tue - Back/Traps/Neck
Wed - Bi's/Tri's
Thur - Legs
Fri - Shoulders/Forearms
Workout B
Mon - Chest/Biceps/Pocket presses (or blocks)
Tue - Back/Traps/Neck
Wed - Triceps/Biceps
Thur - Legs
Fri - Shoulders forearms
Feels great so far. Gaining size and strength and I'm off cycle. It's always nice to be gaining when you're off.
